TIME TO ORDER POINSETTIAS!

The poinsettias will be $10 each. Please pay Word of Life by November 27th clearly marking your check or an envelope with cash that it is for poinsettias. We will order a variety of colors rather than taking orders for color choices. Those who purchased one can take one home after the Christmas Service.

DECORATING THE CHURCH

We will be decorating the church on Saturday, November 26th

at 9:00 am.

There will be a Prayer and Praise Service at the Fallbrook Memory Care on Saturday, November 26, at 6:00 pm.

Over the course of 8, 1hr sessions, you’ll be instructed in the basics of what we believe, teach, and confess as Lutheran Christians. The class will require the use of a Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism (which is available for purchase at CPH.org or as a download from the app store on your smartphone). If you’re interested in a refresher or running through the basics for the first time, please email Pastor Edwards.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOX GIFTS

If you have a shoebox that you didn’t bring to church last Sunday, you may drop them off yourself at Calvary Community Church during the following hours:

MIDWEEK BIBLE STUDIES

2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:00 pm on Zoom – Tom Hoegemeyer leads a discussion.

2nd and 4th Thursdays at 7:00 at WOL – ”The Way” studies scripture and enjoys fellowship through concerts, game nights, movie nights, etc. They are currently doing a study on the gospels. For more information, contact Philip Dani or Ruth and Dan Walla.
