Life Notes:

Harvest Time” Mark 1:14-15

In Mark we read about Jesus beginning His ministry and calling the disciples who would follow Him throughout this ministry.

Jesus announces Good News by telling the people to repent and believe the truth of His Word.  After doing this, they are to seek the Lord’s will in their lives.  Jesus specifically began calling men to be His disciples by telling them to leave their current station in life and follow Him in sharing the Gospel to all the people they encounter

Question: What two disciples first talked to Jesus?

Answer: In John 1 we are told that two of John the Baptists disciples seeing Jesus followed Him. Jesus turned around and asked, “What do you want?” They said, “Rabbi, where are you staying?” Jesus replied, “Come and you will see.” The named disciple was Andrew and the unnamed disciple is believed to be the disciple John.
