DeVon Lark and his wife Sandy joined Word of Life last year after moving to Lincoln from Minnesota. DeVon and Sandy had been teachers and in DeVon’s case a School Counselor all their professional lives in the Lutheran school system. During the past several months DeVon applied and was accepted at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in the Specific Ministry Pastoral Program. DeVon’s will serve at Word of Life first as a Vicar and then as our Pastor in a leadership role in evangelism and outreach.
